An insurance excess is the amount you are responsible for paying towards any damage or loss to the vehicle, regardless of fault.

The insurance excess varies depending on the type of vehicle hired. Please check your hire agreement or contact us for specific details.

Yes, you can reduce your insurance excess by purchasing additional cover, such as a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), at the time of booking.

If the repair costs are less than the excess amount, you will only be charged for the actual cost of the repairs.

The insurance excess is only charged in the event of damage or loss. If no damage occurs during your hire, you will not be charged.
