1. What is Longmarsh’s cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
2. What is your fuel policy?
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If not, a refuelling charge will apply.
3. Do you allow additional drivers?
Yes, additional drivers can be added to your booking for a small fee. They must meet the same licence and age requirements as the primary driver.
4. What is your age policy for hiring a vehicle?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old to hire a vehicle. Some larger vehicles may require drivers to be 25 or older.
5. What is your policy on pets in vehicles?
Pets are allowed in our vehicles, but they must be transported in appropriate carriers. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned in an unclean condition.
